Location close to the airport. It is good only for one night overlay if you need to fly out the following day.

It was close to the airport which suited our purpose. It was a small hotel located in a neighborhood so not in a large, noisy commercial area. The owner was very friendly and talked with us about our visit. They have a good restaurant with excellent food.

It is close to the airport.
The rooms were little bit rundown with old television, whichnwas not working properly. The staff was not helpfull nor very friendly, the employee refused to speak english although he clearly understood it.

It was exactly as described; near airport economy clean linen wifi tv no frills non expected. Perfect for early morning flight out even fruit stand nearby for food for flight and ride to airport at 4am as promised. A bargain!
Oh you could fix the curtain, you could wish the airplanes weren't so loud but near airport so what. Elevator is tiny but it works! Like I say this place is exactly what it says it is.

The hotel was close to the airport. The room was large and clean. The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good.
The halls were very dark. The elevator was tiny. The ambient noise was bad all night long. The shower rod was broken and the shower sprayed water all over the floor.

The location was very close to the Quito Airport, which was great.
The hotel room smelled like wet dog and the air conditioner/heater would not work. There was a tv and cable in the room, but the tv would not turn on. We were to spent to call up the front desk, so we just dealt with it.
